How to make moss??? PLEASE CLICK!!!?

i know how to do it with a blender, BUT MY MOM WON'T LET ME USE A BLENDER! we are making a snail habitat (don't ask), and we would like to put some moss on some rocks and stuff on our "stream". thx!!!

Instead of a blender, you can chop the moss finely with a knife.

You will need some moss to start with....a nice chunk of it...maybe a 1/2 cup or so if you can find that much.  If not, use whatever you have.

Mix moss with yogurt in a blender and brush it on the rocks, steps, bricks, whatever.   You can crush the moss up and do the mixing with a fork if you don't have use of a blender. A hand -mixer will work too.   Lightly mist it with some water for about a week...just to make sure it's moist and has a good start.  The yogurt, moss and sun will do the rest.
