Well I'm pretty sure I've had these veins on my left and right temple for my whole life, its a part of me. But it is really not attractive, you can see it throbbing sometimes and its extremely prominent when I'm exercising, or its hot weather, etc. I've tried drinking water in hope it will go down a bit or disappear. No chance of that happening. I don't think I have high blood pressure, I'm not even overweight, I'm underweight. It is really annoying and its ALWAYS visible, how can I get rid of it, or reduce the visibility of it? I get hot and sweat really easily also, which makes it appear more prominent and throb. BTW I'm a Man

  1. Things like veins are more prominent for us underweight guys.  When I do any physical exertion, the veins in my arms look like they're on top of the skin.  About all you can do is avoid over-exertion and gain some weight.  These veins are part of you, like you said, like your nose or anything else.  You won't be able to make them go away completely, but you may be able to make them not as obvious.

  2. Get a bit more weight on you:then they are not so obvious to see.

But they are just a part of your body:can't you accept that?

    Space

  3. Get breast implants. That will take the attention away from your vein.
