How to make my arms look cut?

I do push-ups ALL THE TIME and it adds muscle and expands my arm size, but it doesn't make me look cut. What can I do to make my arms look cut?

  1. if you tan your arms they will look more defined. Its a trick all celebrities use on there bodies, especially there stomachs.

    You can also jump rope, that should help too.  


  2. Your not doing enough, there are a array of workouts for your arm.  Starting with biceps and triceps, triceps were make any ones arm look great try to look for some at home workouts available to you on the internet

  3. 1.  Do biceps and triceps (high reps) as this will help them become cut

    2.  You need to lose fat (not necessarily pure weight) as the fat is probably covering up the muscle.  

    3. Need to add some sort of cardio to help burn fat (on your stomach and abs).

    4. The ab/crunch machine will help tone your stomach muscles but to see them you need to burn the fat as well through cardio and healthy eating.

    5.  You're only 13 so don't worry so much.

  4. definately get the body fat % to 15% and less depending on the size of your arms you should start looking shreadded

  6. Lift weights and use high repetitions (12-15).

    Try doing curls for biceps, 3 sets of 15, and close grip bench presses and dips to work your triceps.

    Also, pullups are an excellent exercises for working your biceps as well.
