  1. what i did is

i bred my old blastoise from leafgreen with a ditto untill i got a girl

then i breeded the female squitle with some one in the same egg group who knew the move aqua ring

if you do this you can try to get the nature "timid"

    or hastey, jolly or naive

    you can you carbos

and you can then ev train it by battling

    starly, pachirisu, buisel, zubat

[there' a whole list on serebii]

    my blastoise currantly has

    aqua ring

    brine

    hydro pump

    hydro cannon

thats it i hope i helped

  2. I see, another question on pokemon!

Well, the main way is to train it in EV training.

Basically, what EV's are is that they are chances to boost your pokemon's stats.

If your blastoise is at a very high level, maybe your EV's are all maxed out, and you can't max the out any further.

Look at the attached link for help with EV training.

Note: you can only use 10 Carbos on any one pokemon.

    About the Moveset:

My own blastoise uses the following (and never has fainted in battle): Earthquake, Hydro Cannon, Surf, Hydro Pump.

Hydro Pump only has 80% accuracy, so you can never be sure of its actions.  I use it rarely.  The main move i use is Earthquake.  Hydro Cannon is obtained through Move Tutor, if and only if Blastoise was your starter (Go the the link, an excellent pokemon website, and look up firered/leafgreen).  Hydro Cannon may be useful; a well timed one can help you defeat the opponent.

With good training, i believe your blastoise can "grow" up to a really strong pokemon.

  3. If Carbos won't work on your Blastoise, that means it already has maxed EVs. So basically your Blastoise can't get any faster. Blastoise has high Defense and Special Defense. Like any tank, it's supposed to be able to take the hit then attack second.

Sorry bud, but you're either gonna have to go with the quick claw or breed a Blastoise with a Nature that boosts speed and give it 10 carbos and EV train it in speed by battling only Zubats, etc.

  4. may i suggest brine  as a move since he is slower it will do 120 damage if he is hit first

  5. Blastoise: Hydro Cannon, Hydro Pump, Earthquake, Ice Beam
