How to make my butt bigger without gaining weight to the rest of my body?

Unfortunately, I recently (unintentionally) have lost about 12 pounds since I graduated from college in May. I am 5'0'' and now about 115 pounds. I used to be a size 4 and now I'm in a 0. [Before people get pissed, I know that a lot of people are obsessed with losing weight and would love to be a size 0. But that is not my preference. I really would like to gain some of my weight back.]

I don't feel that this is a healthy weight and I also think skinny girls are unattractive. I think thick girls with curvier bodies that have legs and butt are more attractive than stick thin, but I'm the one becoming stick thin! I can feel my ribs a little bit sometimes, like when I stretch or lay down. I don't know what I've been doing differently, other than I'm not eating late that much anymore. I also work two jobs now and really just eat when I can.

It's not all bad though, I don't mind my stomach being a little flatter but I've noticed that I lost a lot of booty, too. That's not cool. So how do I put on weight to my azz without putting it on anywhere else? I like how the rest of my body is looking but when I turn around it's a little disappointing! I have to be really careful here because as I said I'm only 5'0'' so I can't afford to gain too much weight and ever be over 130. There's a thin line between thick and fat!

Also I'm not puffing the bong much anymore after college... Did that matter

  1. Your body is fine. but there's these butt pads that you can put in under wear. If you dont find those, go to a gym and they will set up a workout to make your legs thinner and your butt bigger! how cool is that LOL

Ok well buffy the body was on the tyra show and she was saying her nutritionist had her eating regular mid to high calorie foods but to keep her stomach flat she had to do a lot of sit ups crunches and ab work outs because if not she gained weight everywhere...I was the same way but I stopped working my abs and now I have a fab booty but I gotta loose this gut which is harder to lose than gain good luck

  6. You can't really target just your *** in gaining weight.  People who are thin up top but still got the big booty have a genetic disposition to it (J-Lo)

    All you can do is firm up the muscles there by doing exercises that target that area such as squats and lunges.

    Sounds like the source of your weight loss is that you're not eating enough. Just try to eat a full balanced diet and you'll see your weight go back up to normal.  As for puffing the bong, well there's also the after effect of the munchies, so if you're not binge eating after a session anymore, then that might be one of the sources of your weight loss.

  7. Concentrate on machines that have weights that you push up with your legs. Be careful not to put too many free weights on each side though, because it will also increase your thighs and legs with muscles. You will gain muscle and also it will lift the buttocks and make it firmer and look larger.

  8. Beef up by building muscle...build your glutes and you'll have a healthy big butt!!  Try a class that uses weights in the routine like body sculpting.

  10. Bong didn't matter, to get the butt, you need the Muscle.

    Take a throw pillow and move it back and forth with your knee while you watch TV or something. Do this for equal time with both legs, and also do exercises where you make of about 5 " circles clockwise and counterclockwise.

    You'll also need to do just a few squats and lunges, and don't be afraid to mix up your routine.

    It'll take about a month or two, but then people will be able to bounce quarters off of it.

    and some uphill (or increased incline on treadnill) walking or jogging helps.  

  12. Eat french fries daily, but not too many. Balanced it by having a walk or getting some exercises.  

  13. STAY THE WAY you are now.  If you gain in your rear end and it is too big you are going to be unhappy.  I am skinny and always was and I would choose to always be skinny

  14. Other then implants/surgery, there isn't a way to 'target' either weight gain or loss... You gain it where nature puts it...

    You may need to just regain the 12 pounds if that is a weight you were happy at.

    REMEMBER! It is just as easy to be skinny and unhealthy as it is to be fat and healthy!!

    How you LOOK has no bearing on what is happening on your insides!

    Toning up your muscle can be done w/o loosing additional weight. Good Luck!!!

  17. The right pair of jeans could help create the illusion that you have a big butt. You can do this temporarily until you obtain your--pardon me--desired butt size.

    There are jeans out there that are designed to make your butt look big--but they are mighty expensive. Just get jeans that have buttons on the back pockets. I have a small butt also, and I noticed that these kind of jeans make my butt look bigger and a little bit wider.

    JC Penny's and Kohl's have a nice selection of jeans at affordable prices--in my opinion. I hope you don't mind.
