Although flowerhorn's hump growth depends on its genetic, i still believe foods will help a bit. Currently i am using Chinese flowerhorn food(enhance color and promote hump growth) thats costs $29 per bottle and i also added a mirrior, my flowerhorn's color has changed to bright pink, but hump still very small.

Recently i heard that protein can promote its hump growth, can you guys tell me what contains lots of protein instead of nasty beef heart?
