my hair is already black, and i'm tan

its shoulder length

curl it with a big barrel currling iron, or go to bed with it wet, you also have to think of the texture of her hair and everything, and being that her hair is longer.

ok well if ur hair is straight then u need to curl ur hair in locks using hair curlers or a curling iron..ones uve done that with ur hand sweep some of hte hair at the front over to one side to get the effect in the photo, put some hair infront of ur shoulder to one side and voila! hope i helped! :D
