Line just outslde of lip egde with neutral liner and then apply lipstick. Finish with a gloss on middle of lower lip.

Light, shiny lipstick makes lips look larger, darker makes them smaller.

Use a matching or SLIGHTLY darker shade of lip liner [than your natural lip color or whatever lipstick you're using], line slightly outside of your natural lip line, being sure to return to your lip line at the corners of your mouth. BLEND the liner into your lip slightly so you don't get a trashy 80's hooker look. Apply lip stick/gloss/stain.
