How to make my mobile battery LONG LASTER?

i have a nokia n70.its battery wents off so quickly how can i make it long

How long have the had the phone? If it's been two plus years, time to get a new battery! Just go down to the store- only $20 or something.

If it's kinda new, and/or you don't want to fork out the cash, run the battery until it turns itself off then charge it all the way up.

Reduce the screen brightness as far down as you dare.

Don't use it for gaming, etc, other power hungry stuff.

Recharge as little as possible, let it get down as far as you can, DO NOT just recharge a quarter of the battery everyday, it wears it out.

Run it all the way down, then plug it in all night, on a home charger, to gain a full charge. If thats not working, then a new battery may be needed.

-Don't play any games in your phone

-Switch to GSM network, not UMTS

-Don't use animated wallpaper or animated themes

-Don't listen to music frequently in your phone.
