How to make my myspace page like the music artists?

For example, Jordin Sparks' page.

At the top of her page she has a picture of herself and then in big letters it says "Jordin Sparks" Is there any way I can do that?

You'll have to pay for that, I think, to remove the ad banner that is usually there and replace it with a custom-made design.
