How to make my photo flash?

i was on myspace and i saw someones photo as this

im not sure how to do this, but id like to do so

anyone know how to make this happen? or any free websites/softwares that can do cool things to my photos?

Search "GIF animator" and download one.

GIF is basically a format for pictures with more than one frames.

Example:

Put the original pic on the first frame.

You open a photo editor such as Microsoft Paint or Photoshop and edit the picture.

Put the edited picture in the second frame.

Save it as .GIF.

The picture will flash. Because it changes from first frame to second frame repeatedly.

Many of the MySpace generator sites will do this to a GIF photo of your choice.
