How to make my project feasible?

I'm doing a school project. But it has to be feasible...

We're starting an organization to spread Chinese culture by running a fashion show (a designer competition) like "project runway".

Here's the idea:

1) We contact a famous clothes company like "Shanghai-Tang". They will give us money to run the program and provide us judges.

2) Then we spread out the information through websites and hope to get Chinese designers in U.S.A. We get money from them.

3) The competition will have Chinese themes and the designers will be asked to design clothes according to the theme.

4) The winner signs a contract with design "Shanghai-Tang", and the show will have free advertisements effects on them.

5) The show will spread the Chinese fashion to the world.

So it's the general idea.

Please help me with it... How do I do it..I mean..specificly?

it seems like that your fine with that... just specify on how you would contact them and how you would confince them to pay for your runway show (:
