I was thinking that every Saturday I'll go outside and punch my punching bag and jump rope for about 1-2 hours. On Monday - Friday I already workout on weights and cardio. So I was thinking that if I add the Sat. workout will my punching become faster and stronger? Whenever I punch my left hand it doesn't feel right like my right hand. Also whenever I punch combos mt body just feel weird because i'm like moving right and left and it doesn't feel right. So will my workout plan work to make my punching stronger and faster?? thx
