How to make my sister and my mother help me with the housework?

without being negative and demanding.

I always do the house cleaning, because I want everything to be perfect, but I am fed up with it. They don't seem to take it seriously like I do. I want to tell them in a nice way, but I am always murmuring.

im like you i do everything and my twin does nothing.

but you just have to talk to them and try to get them to understand how frustrating it is that you do it and they dont.

they might not listen but at least you have then tried
