well it will be my 2nd year in my new team and I do know what to do this year...

I had watched some videos of my team and as I saw they are not serious in the game and in practices....

I got very confused and..... I’ll get free transfer to stay in the team

so I’m preparing all the summer for the new year and I want to be more serious and give all my best

the team is only for fun and they had told me before I got to the team

Its my 3rd team!!!

Please I need your opinions!!! (I don’t know what to do).

  1. Talk with your teammates!

I know its not easy but that is the only way to put things across.

  2. This all depends on the type of team it is. Is it a school team? A recreation team?

If its a school team then your coach is not doing his/her job!! you can try and speak to the coach and a few of the players whom everyone looks  up to.

Rec league~~  changing teams is about all  you can do

  3. The same thing happened with our team. No one took it seriously and in the end we lost a really important match. Our coach wasn't that into it, either. So you need to be tougher on your team this year. If they slack off you should just yell at them a little. It helps.

  4. I hate when people arent serious or act like they are too good to be there. Then why did you come? Just focus on what your doing, like if you lose games cause people are like that, help them realize this, and get the coach to take action if you can't convince them to really pay attention.
