  1. uhhhhhh?

  2. Having been on the receiving end of some pretty horrible abuse from a sociopath as a child, it isn't pretty up close. I couldn't even make up anything more hideous than the utterly warped thought process of that particular sociopath, which I had to understand and learn to manipulate to survive. I agree that it is fascinating from a distance. I had some anger issues when I was 12-13 that made me think I was a sociopath, but I wasn't really, but I was dealing with extreme anger issues from the abuse. For example, when I was 12 I pulled a knife on my brother because I became irrationally angry after a minor argument, but I felt horribly guilty afterward. Did other things I'm not proud of - didn't feel anything at the time I was doing them, but felt horribly guilty afterward. I'm not proud of how I was then, but I haven't done any super-creepy stuff since I was 13. From knowing me now no one would ever guess how I was then.

Would you really want to be unable to care about anyone but yourself? To be able to rape, molest, kill, torture, etc. without a shred of remorse? To be able to do those things and even feel smug afterward? If not, you don't want to be a sociopath. To this day, I wonder if I'd be a true sociopath or just royally screwed up if the abuse had continued for a few more years. Most likely would have just committed suicide.

  3. Sorry but it comes naturally.

  4. Move into my house.

  5. Unless you have a huge amount of self-control, it will be hard.

For instance, say you're always nervous about being late to class. So one day you sit at home and purposely go to class late. You'll be nervous the entire time you sit at home- it's your instinct. Instinct always beats logic. Or let's say you jump at loud noises- you can say that next time, you won't jump, but that won't prevent it from happening.

So basically the way you feel is the way you will feel, unless something catastrophic happens that changes your viewpoint. For instance, anxious people may become more relaxed after a near-fatal car accident because they have a sudden realization that life is short. In your case, most apathy must be attained through personal experience, and sadism won't come naturally, really.

I see the world pretty apathetically because I realize I have no control over the fact that bad things happen to good people, and vice versa, and that caring and sympathizing with someone is as useful as telling a homeless person "good luck".

Sadism is an entirely different ballpark. Depends on your threshold. Some people will say they're a complete s****t, go around saying how cruel they are all day, when in actuality they're just kind of lame people who go around slightly inconveniencing others.

  6. If you are over age seven, it is too late for you.  I am sorry, but once you meet the developmental marker of acquiring empathy you are condemned to a life of not being a sociopath.  Incidentally, we don't call them sociopaths anymore.... we group them together with psychopaths and call it "antisocial personality disorder"  If you are unsatisfied with your status as non-sociopathic, you could attempt to get Alzheimer's or pick body dementia... or you could just act like a sociopath and deal with the guilt and repercussions.

Incidentally, sadism is not a prerequisite to antisocial personality disorder.... just a sense of entitlement and that your needs are more important than anyone  else's and generally feel that the world is wrong and you are right.  It doesn't really have to do with moral bankruptcy, but rather moral inversion.  Excellent career choices for this type of personality disorder are serial killing and politics.  It holds the distinction of being  one of the only Axis II diagnoses that are virtually impossible to remedy.

In all seriousness, I know people with this disorder and it is no laughing matter.  They lead very sad lives apart from the rest of humanity and have little or no capacity to feel connection

  7. Become a car salesman or a politician maybe, or what about a betting shop owner(bookies). There are lots out there to choose from and most of them are legal, what about a divorcing wife-- ha ,ha ---sorry girls.

  8. Listen to some Marilyn Manson music, grab a knife, call the television station, run into a common area where people are at and while your naked, cut your nuts off in front of the cameras, denounce GOD like an idiot, call in pranks to 911 and then dance around and jerk off when the cops show up! You are a dumb ***!

  9. Why is it so difficult?

  10. Be careful what you ask for, you may just get it.  What are you?  An attention seeker?  A dramatist?  Were you severely potty trained as a child?  I mean to say, how pathetic!  Grow up, for the rest of our sakes, if not for your own.

  11. Join the Marines.  LOL!  No offense but I've seen it happen..seriously!

  12. Just wanting that is pretty sick.

Too many kids are already feeling that way

    You don't want to feel

You want to pay no consequences

    You don't want to feel

The real thing going on here is that you don't feel the way you think you should feel, you are in pain.

It is easier to be mean, sadistic, uncaring, because you feel so unlovable.

You have to have been made a sociopath....not something you choose to be.  Thank GOD that you are not. It is easier to be ugly...nothing you have to work on.  Morals and ejhics are prideful virtues.  Be proud!!  HUGS!!

  13. Thats probably not possible.. lol, its weird that you would like to be like that..but to answer your question, sociopaths only become sociopaths from their past experiences. Their mentality of a sociopath isn't something they just decide to acquire on a random day.
