I make white vinegar by pouring half a liter into a clean container topping it up with water. I leave it for a week or so & viola 1 liter of vinegar. has anyone tried this with organic apple cider vinegar? Organic is so expensive (I paid nearly $10 today for only 946ml(32oz) I am hoping to add some to commercial apple cider vinegar & get a copy.

  1. You start with unpastuerized organic apple cider, inject it with the mother from organic vinegar let the cider ferment in something with an air lock for several months and you should end up with a gallon of apple cider vinegar. it should only cost you $30 or so to get started.

Here in Ohio it costs under $5 to get a quart of Bragg's organic apple cider vinegar and soon the local apple guy will be selling his own (won't be organic but will be raw and the real deal)

  2. First off, buy some organic apples, and then follow the instructions on the link below...
