How to make own website for free with custom url and background that stays the same even when scrolling?

With background music that repeats or a music box with many songs. Also with moving pictures and videos. Please help I really want to make a website.

congrats on wanting to start a website . there fun to build. i have a couple myself. i have used vipersitebuilder.com to build my website. it is very easy to use and a ton of fun . i only pay 15 per month and i am able to build 5 websites :)

ps. you will love all the flash options. my 12 year old build a website with that builder so i am sure you can :)

Let's just start with the basics first with a place to put your website and a custom URL. You can create a free website with Microsoft Office Live Small Business - http://tinyurl.com/officelive . It comes with a free online design tool that lets you create web pages without coding. Currently, MS is offering a free domain name (i.e. yourownurl.com) for the first year.

If you need to add that fancy stuff, you can add a background to the site via CSS that will stay the same when scrolling. Music can be added via the HTML module (tons of examples on the web for this).
