But if your just starting you can use websites like www.homestead.com which provide you with easy to use templates, tools and tutorials.

try using simple web building tools like web page maker to create ur web pages....use th GEOCITIES facility to try a own webpage of urs for free..they provide simple tools to build a webpage that will be use full for a beginner...
