How to make photo black and white?

I dont have photo shop but I have paint. Can I make a photo blavk and white with that? And if not and recomondations of websites that have downloads that are free to use?

  2. Adobe's website will allow you to download photoshop and use it for 30 days free trial.

    If you are not interested in getting photoshop and do not plan to be a professional, you can get photoshop elements for cheaper price at walmart or target and use it to edit your fotos.

  3. press CTRL+E and click on black and white and click ok
