How to make "dish washing liquids" or "fabric conditioner"?

I need to know the procedures and the materials needed on how to make it. This is for my school project. I appreciate your answers!

fabric conditioner can be replaced by a ball that removes the static in the dryer. a ball will all so soften the fabric. dish washing liquid is basically soap with components to help sterilize so a solution of week bleach in liquid soap may do the trick... unless your talking about for a dish washer. suds are your enemy there.
