How to make shawarma sauce?

Is there anybody who can help me ,paano ba ginagawa yung white garlic sauce na ginagamit sa shawarma?I Pati na rin yung chili sauce. I live here in US and one time, i got a chance to try the shawarma somewhere in Q.C.Its good and im start craving for that.

Shawarma sauce...try 1cup of tahini paste, 1 garlic clove, lemon juice salt and pepper. Add oil too if its too thick.

OR you can use plain yogurt instead of tahini..

I just made it for today's dinner..what a coincidence!
