Many stores sell eye make-up, such as eyeliner with a smudge on the end! It works great! Apply eyeliner to both top and bottom rims on your eyes. Smudge outward. Apply mascara to top and bottom! You can also try you tube! They show videos step-by-step!:)

first u use black liner on top and bottom.  then take a shadow brush and add it to the lid of your eye.  then u can add some to the bottom to if you want.  then just add some mascara.  good luck!
