How to make someone pass out with the pressure point ? and dint be suspicious

if I'm correct, i think you have to press really hard with your thumb or your index and middle finger on like the side of their neck right underneath their jaw line. if I'm right. i think that's how you do it. but why would we be suspicious? that doesn't sound suspicious at all although...lol kidding. but sweet. :]
