How to make strict school uniform look fashionable?

I'm going to a very strict school next year. The uniform is ugly and I want to look good next year. Everything is uniformed. Uniform polo (must have school logo), uniform pant (must have logo as well), and they even have uniform shoes! The shoes are hideous. They're like black nurse's shoes. So I can't even wear cute flats. I am short so the pants are long. And I'm tiny so the shirt is like a tent. Girls can't wear skirts because the girls before my school year wore their skirts soo short. Even the shoes, the school had a problem with so they started uniform shoes. I'm getting my clothes tailored so hopefully they'll fit. Other than that, how can I make my uniform look more fashionable?

I agree with hypno.  everybody will be wearing the same thing.  Try wearing some cute earrings, necklace, bracelets... Try new things with your hair too ! :)

Just pay alot of attention to your hair, makeup, and accessories. If everyone has to wear the same thing, who is going to notice it's ugly? You can wear cute bracelets, earrings necklaces, a cute purse, pretty rhinestone clips in your hair.

im in the same situation as but we can wear flats with no heel, but out kilts r hideous and now since ppl wear them to short we have to wear these extra ugly *** tights to go with them there navy blue tights on a red and mustard yellow kilt sounds nice eh?

This is a toughy! Hmmm... Maybe a belt would help? Bracelets, necklaces, ohhh and anklets! They always look soooo pretty! Hats, beanies, sweatshirts, earings.... hmmmm.... This is a hard one! Well.... best luck!

Also wear a colored tank under your polo and unbutton it a bit.

Can you wear jewelry? Accessorize with scarves and wear a cute jacket or a sweater. Blazers are back.Urban Outfitters has some leather bags that aren't too expensive that would look great with a polo and a skirt.

That's pretty harsh. We had uniform clothes, had to wear tennies, and couldn't wear accessories (except a watch, two earrings each ear, and hair accessories), but yours is worse.

Try wearing headbands and make sure your face looks cute. Other than that, there's not a whole lot you can do. At least everyone else will be in the same heinous outfits!
