How to make stylish papers?

How can i make stylish papers as in how can i make it look presentable and interesting to look at as well as make it an excellent paper that will grasp the reader? Tell me any stylistic things you did on the computer when writing to do this?

If I have a long paper, I always include a title page in the proper MLA format and include page number plus last name on all the pages.

If it's a research paper, you can include some graphs, data or figures. Those are always pretty.

Always double space and avoid any fancy font. Default times new roman or a very easy to read font such as verdana will be a lot more professional than a "pretty" font.
