How to make tea, in a tea kettle?

How do u use a normal tea kettle (the whistling kind) to make tea.. in a tea bag... such as lipton.

add water in the kettle leave it to boil after its boiled add sugar. and after sugar is dissolved add the tea bag n leave it there. after u get the color u want pour it in a cup n enjoy. u can do it either way u can add the tea bag first n add the sugar or the sugar first n the tea bag

this is how I do it.. Boil your water in a kettle.  Pour hot water over teabags in a different container.   If you like sweet tea add desired amount (about a half cup more for sweeter) to the pitcher filled with ice.  Add the hot steeped tea to the pitcher of ice and sugar and stir well.

I'm not sure you would want to put the tea bag in the kettle as it is used only to boil the water.
