How to make the Chennai Pongal Festival Tourist Trade fair, a quality trade fair?

Most of the products available in Pongal Festival Tourist Trade fair are horrible in quality. Even the lands are horrible to walk. The famous Delhi Appalam is also horrible in quality.

My point is, "How to make this trade fair a quality fair"?

Dear friend !!!

Provide all infrastructure facilities with sufficient space clean and neat as far as possible to attract every one from all nook and corner .

Ensure quality and quantity and optimum price for each and every goods displayed in the trade fare .This is for the credit worthiness of the trade fare in future also .

Make sufficient allotment of funds from central as well as from state for the proper co ordination of the trade fare .

This is not the right time to conduct such trade fair,during holidays only there will be some crowd.Mostly ,predominantly the Chennai  people are preoccupied with their day today affairs.This is all waste of money.You can spend this money in developing village, digging well,opening librarary and appointing persons.So much innovative things can be done.This Govt.is conducting program like this and wasting the public money.

privatise the fair, let a major event management company run the fair, reduce the government participation, needs good publicity,
