With lots of computers in all the Government offices if the Government offices are not kept clean all the computers are likely to go out of order and losses to the extent of Rupees thousands of crores rupees losses for Governmnet offices all over India.

I guess the best way is to bring in practice how the software firms or banks deal with this issue. The offices should have computers in the indoor areas, more glasses instead of open windows, should have regular mopping and dusting, and foremost, instill a sense of cleanliness in the employees.
