How to make the best smoothie?

How do you do it? I always throw plenty of ice-cream, some milo and then a banana in.

use a blender.. uhh i like strawberry ones so i put frozen strawberrys in the blender and a little vanilla flavoring and maybe some ice. and milk. and i dunno ha

I use a blender of course. lol But i have this thing where it makes a smoothie in like ten seconds, it has blending cups instead of a huge pitcher it is fantastic. And i put a little bit of orange juice in. Then i do a half a container of the small yoplait yougurt cups, its healthier than ice cream. and then i throw in some strayberries and bananas.  and i never forget the ice.

and wall-uh! lol

well....could never go wrong with ice cream, fruits: fresh or frozen doesn't matter, milk: powdered or evaporated, cream, chocolate powder and of course ICE!. But this all in the blender and when it's all stirred, whipped cream!! YUM!! that's a h**l of a good smoothie right there ^_^

put about 8 pieces of pineapple in a blender. than pour it out in a thing you serve drikns in i just totally forgot what its called than put 20 ice cues in a blender and let it say ink there for  minutes stri\aight without stopping atfer wards put the ice and pineapple in the PITCHER! thats what it is and than put some pina colada mix that is non-alcoholic, its so good! and if you want it even better put pineaple juice in it, about 1 cup no water though!

this is what I do--I don't usually use ice cream because we don't keep it in the house.

I put liquid, fruit, yogurt--other whatever is on hand

this is my 4 year-olds favorite--he always tells me to save some so we can sell it, lol.

milk or juice

banana or 2

handful of strawberries or 2

yogurt

peanut butter

vanilla

cocoa

cinnamon

and sometimes sugar

It sounds weird but is delicious--my little boy helped me come up with this recipe--although he wanted to add cheese (I wouldn't let him).  It is really good.

sometimes I use ice but usually I just use frozen fruit

Edit:  We also love an Orange Julius or Orange Julep
