How to make the hover text smaller?

Whenever you hover your mouse over something like say the Start button, it says something like "Click Here to Begin" in a little yellow box. Somehow, the text in those little yellow boxes got bigger for me and bolded. How do I return the text to the way it used to be?

That is due to change in appearance settings. To restore it to normal position please follow this procedure if your OS is Windows XP, Just go to desktop and right click on it. Go to properties. Click on appearance tab. Choose a style from "Windows and buttons" combo box and then "Color scheme". Click on "Ok". Thats it. Your fonts and all will get restored.

I dont understand ur quetion is some thing like that happening with u becoz I didnt find any option to bold or resize the notes text!!!!
