How to make the most amount of money being an Aircraft Maintenance Technician?

How does the "ladder" work? You start off here and you move up by doing this...X amount of years. Can anyone give me some sort of scale/ladder from starting to maximum pay?

well at my work we started at 14.00/hr but with a crew cheif pay sometimes after 3-5 years would be 35.50...hope this helps.. All you need to do is show interest in moving up..work work work and have fun
