You need good quality paper and a very good laser printer to make your own. The security in them nowadays makes them harder to make.

our passports are being done by the DEPARTMENT OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS with the use of a very special papares wich are machine readable. the visa is being stamped on the pages of our passports depending on what country we are to travel.
