How to make the steering for a home made rc car?

Question

Im trying to find out how I can create the steering for my rc car for Im planning to make my own rc car, I have tried google, yahoo, yahoo answers and youtube but with no luck

I want to know how to create the steering , what I need and possibly a diagram ,

Help will be highly apprieciated ~~

Check out Tamiya's web site at http://www.tamiyausa.com/. They have many of the assembly manuals posted for their r/c cars. Go in to the r/c car section (try the On-Road category) and click on a link for a car. From there you should see a link for "product manual" (it's a pdf file so you will need a pdf reader). This is not available on ever car though so if you don't see it on the one you select try another car. Anyhow, the product manual shows how the car is built using well drawn diagrams showing each part. Look through several different manuals and you will see some different ways that front ends can be built, especially the steering set-ups.
