How to make this party favor?

I saw this really cute bath fizz "cupcake" in the store today and would love to make something like that for my daughter's bithday as a party favor. The ones I saw in the store were all pastal colors and had bath salt "sprinkles" on top and had cupcake liners and everything. Teh were very cute but cost $12.00 each. Does anyone know how I can make one? Also any other creative ideas would be great. I really like making things with food or natural ingridents if anyone has any fun recipies. Thanks!

What you could do is put the solution right into the muffin tins for the mold, then when dry, transfer them to the pretty liners (don't put directly into liners, as they may stick) and get some bath confetti to decorate top!  Wrap in cute goodie bags with a curly ribbon to seal!  Good luck!

my sister got me bath fizzers shaped as cupcakes for like 8 bucks and that included like 15 prolly i think she got them at a doller store!
