How to make time at work pass faster

My job is SO boring, and once I've cleaned up and everything (which only takes about 45 min) I'm really left to do NOTHING - and it gets so boring. How can I make time pass faster?

use the time to do something productive. If you've got anything in your personal life that needs organising, or just something you want done, do it at work. It sounds like you're given free reign over what to do, so use it well :)

Speak to your boss. Tell him the company is not performing as well as it should. Tell him you are bored and want more work. Your company should appreciate you asking, but if they are not, then you are working for the wrong company.

That depends on what type of job you have. If you have a desk job you could always write letters to your friends if you have no work to do. If you work in a restaurant you could just chat with the customers or your co-workers.

It depends on what you do and on how much freedom and supervision you have. Why don't you tell us? It would help.

A friend of mine got herself a degree by studying during her working hours. She also had a very boring job and as long as she turned up,nobody cared what she did.

Another friend was learning  to play the piano and also had a very boring  job. She built herself a cardboard keyboard,folded it in half and took it to work,where she practised her scales when she had nothing else to do..........
