How to make toast? please help?

Ok so our cook usually does it but she went on vay-cay this morning and I have no idea how to even make toast, she is gone for 3 days, she makes my toast in the mornings and we have a substitue cook for the afternoons and the evenings but i CANNOT go 3 days w/out toast!!!

The same way you boil water.............with minimal intelligence.  I refuse to believe you have the mental capacity to make ANY money if you can't figure out a simple piece of toast.  Sheesh  My dog can make toast!

Depends what kind of bread she uses, white, wheat, 7 grain. Does she use salted or unsalted butter? Sweet butter? All that stuff comes into play.

How about buttering a piece of bread, putting it down on a grill or griddle and cooking it on medium high heat for a few minutes on each side. You add another slice and a piece of cheese you can have grilled cheese.  Or....just drop the $15 bucks at WalMart for a toaster :)

go buy a toaster,,,, go look for the toaster in the kitchen,,, go out to eat ,,, these are your options,,,, i have to vote go out to eat if you dont even know how to make toast,,,lol

Well, I guess it is all about the money.  How sad.

Perhaps the substitute cook should have been hired for all three meals as well.  Good Luck to you, my advice is to go out and eat for breakfast because you are apt to burn the house down.
