The best way to make iced coffee is to use steeped coffee. Go to www.toddyproducts.com and buy the "cold brew system". It looks complicated but it really is not. It makes the most amazing iced coffee. This is what the pro coffee shops use to make there iced coffee. If you want vanilla, just buy a bottle of vanilla syrup. Add to taste.

Make the coffee stronger than you normally would, then chill the coffee. Once it is cold, pour a little sweetened condensed milk in your cup and about 1/2 t. vanilla also. Add the coffee, stir very well. Add ice, enjoy!
