you need a tv recorder card that connects pc to the tv for recording programmes.

or.. get clips from other sites such as metacafe, veoh, ..

or.. use a web cam and start recording something... or

Just get those clips you want , save & convert them, and then mix/match with pix/sound/etc using windows movie maker(included in your windows machine)  to create new masterpieces.... then save it as video file such as wmv ... finally upload.

You need Windows Movie Maker... You have it in your computer if u use windows... its under accesories... Then after u make ytour vid... u save it in a file... n on youtube u go to upload videos and browse from the file u saved it... Then wait while it loads... tis that simple... Maybe u can use OneTrueMedia... its better...

well Dont listen to these people WINDOWS MOVIE MAKER FREEZES. ull be in the middle of makeing a video then BOOM there goes all your work. trust me WMM sucks >.> i just want to save you stress and hair (lol) i cant give you  a free MM but! im just telling you WMM freezes alot and you will get pissed alot
