have ample supply of watermelons , need recipe for making watermelon wine in large volume..

  1. Check the books by CJJ Berry or google "Watermelon wine". Essentially, you will need pressed watermelon pulp, sugar, and a wine yeast. My guess would be champagne yeast. Let it ferment until the airlock is no longer bubbling and the specific gravity remains constant. Be very careful of sanitation.
