How to make wooden hammer handles.?

Wooden hammers can be made by hand as well as lathes and other machines these days.

It depends what kind of requirements you have; you want simple things or some design/fancy stuff, what kind of volumes are required, what kind of wood you want to use for making those handles etc. Machine made handles have standardization, volume and design easily when compared to hand made handles by traditional carpenters.

It's very simple, but some time the end product doesn't look like what we expected, better ask a Carpenter to do it..
