  1. Here is a free on line photo resizer i have used it and found it easy to use and offering a good free service. no software download needed.

  2. Go to photobucket.

    Upload your image

    Once its uploaded click on the picture.

    Then there is a button at the top that says 'resize'

    Click on it and then find what size you would like it to be.

    Then save it and upload it to yahoo!
