How to make your video not a mirror image on a Mac?

Those of you who own a Mac with a built in camera should understand my question. When you make a video or a picture, it is always a mirror image. Is there an effect (not the mirror one, please) or a way to edit the video or picture to make it normal (not a mirror image)?

The built-in iSight camera is normal, but software like Photo Booth and iChat makes a mirror image of it. If you are wanting to capture footage to edit, use iMovie to capture video, then it won't be mirrored. Depending on what your goal is, there might be some plug-ins available. Where there's a will, there's a way. :-)
