How to make your whole face look lighter and brighter?

i dont want answers such as use a bright concelear or foundation or powder etc, please people help with long term effectives, such as using a cream or something like that or using so and so products, please be specific everyone.

i use the neutrogena wave, and it works VERY well, it leaves your skin looking healthy and bright, if you use it every day, or every other day, it will do wonders for what you want.

also, moisturizer helps aswell before you apply any makeup.

I use Dove Energy Glow Bar on my face whenever I can find it but it's pretty hard to find. That made my face glow.

For a brightening concealer that covers well is Benefits Erase Paste.

I have horrible hereditary dark circles and this is the only thing that brightens and conceals them well.
