  1. You should approach the client, and let them know how it is. Sit them down and speak to them. Open their eyes and make them realize they are unreasonable and you cannot perform those tasks. You are not god, and when it comes down to it he/she needs to comprehend they are being unreasonablele and need to find a way to work it out.

  2. Fire the client unless they actualy make you money.  I have noticed over the years that the clients that give you the hardest time make you the least amount of money.  Sometimes it just is not worth your time to deal with it. Or if there expectations are unreasonable make your fees unreasonable.

  3. Some clients aren't worth having.  Weigh how much hassle they are against how much profit you make off of them.  They may not be worth the hassle.  If that is the case, tell them to hit the road, and spend your time getting more reasonable clients.

  4. When delivering bad news emphasize what you CAN do and want to do to help them while being clear with the limitations. Perhaps even explaining the reasons for limitations. But assure them that you are dedicated to serving their best interest.

  5. u need to tell him what's workable and what's not. most probably it is related to budget. not enuff budget and yet ask for sky. Give them practical examples how much their sky cost and bring them down to earth. Hope this helps.
