How to manage stress?

I feel everything is getting inside my head it just weights a lot.I'm a13 year old by the way

  1. Talk to your friends or someone. Find a hobby. Sometimes people get stressed because of puberty and stuff.  


  2. Go out for a jog at night or listen to music.....or have a soda, that works for me.......there is also another way, but 13 year olds cant do that....sorry dude

  4. take a sharpie into your nearest public bathroom stall and go to town about whatever is bothering you.  everyone loves to be able to read some good bathroom wall graffiti whilst pooping.

  5. The biggest thing that makes stress build and worsen, is thinking about it all the time. Immerse yourself in your hobbies and interests. If you get stressful thoughts, try immediately thinking of something that makes you laugh or smile. Go exercise, or go do something. Taking your mind off of it, and establishing goals in other places can eliminate stress completely.
