I cannot get previous owners stuff removed from my computer.

  1. Just select the file you don't know. Then delete it. Just be sure you won't delete any programs or file from Program Files and Windows folder. It may crashed your computer if you did it and may be unusable.


  2. did you try booting it in Safe Mode?
