Do you have an American girlfriend already? If so, and she actually wants to marry you then you can apply for fiancee visa to get to the US and get married. But then you have to apply for marriage visa, and eventually green card. It'll cost you thousands of dollars and years until you get a green card. Not trying to scare you, but it's a long and daunting journey.
