How to measure Cholesterol in eggs?

My daughter is looking at options for Science Fair. Is there a method, (accessible to a 13-year-old) for the cholesterol content of a hens egg to be measured?

No, I have worked with eggs all my life. To measure cholesterol in eggs, you would need advanced medical and new technologies not available to the average person...sorry

Unfortunately, there is no easy way to demonstrate this without having your own advance food science lab with the latest technology.  However, if you are looking for a Science Fair project, here are a couple of websites that are great!
