My daughter is looking at options for Science Fair. Is there a method, (accessible to a 13-year-old) for the cholesterol content of a hens egg to be measured?

  1. No, I have worked with eggs all my life. To measure cholesterol in eggs, you would need advanced medical and new technologies not available to the average person...sorry
