Is a tv measured by the screen or all including plastic frame around it

????

  1. it is measured usually by the inside....so the glass part...and it is in inches.


  2. screen only and only corner to corner diagonally  

  3. Nope, it's the diagonal of the viewable area.  Makes you wish you paid attention to the Pythagorean Theorem during middle school huh.
